To get the estimated weight of your puppy, triple the weight of an 8 week old Yorkie puppy and double the weight at 12 weeks

To figure your puppy's adult weight using this chart, take their current age and weight and go down to the bottom and see what the adult weight would be. For example, a 10 week old puppy weighing 20 ounces will weigh 3 pounds as an adult (at 18 months)
